These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajibd ("bajibd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bajibd website located at https://bajibd.biz, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities available therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bajibd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. bajibd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bajibd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account on your behalf.

You agree to notify bajibd immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your credentials, or any other security breach. bajibd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interaction method to access or operate your bajibd account.
• You must ensure that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment details must be notified to the bajibd support team promptly.
• You must not access your account while located outside of Bangladesh unless you have confirmed eligibility in that jurisdiction.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one bajibd account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profit due to platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party game malfunctions.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Losses arising from your decision to participate in any game or place any bet on the bajibd platform.

bajibd makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajibd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bajibd account in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by Player: You may close your bajibd account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

Termination by bajibd: bajibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• bajibd is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• bajibd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or collusion.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• You have requested self-exclusion under bajibd's Responsible Gaming programme.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bajibd reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Real-money balances not subject to investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method in due course.
